Minutes
Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono, Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Derek Johnson (arrived 7:07 p.m.) and George Pfaffenbach and Town Manager Michael Maniscalco.
Not Present: Ted Hintz, Jr. and Barbara Moore
Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance
Chairperson Weintraub called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
Public Remarks
Thom Cordeiro, 32 Hog Hill Road and member of the PAC for the High School building project, read an email that he sent to the Board of Finance in favor of the renovate-as-new High School project.
Review and Discuss the Proposed East Hampton High School Renovation Project
Michele Barber, Vice Chairperson of the High School Building Committee, provided an overview of the High School building project and goals. Representatives from SLAM, CREC and Downes Construction provided a presentation and answered questions regarding details of the project.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Mr. Suprono, seconded by Mr. Dostaler to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 p.m. Voted (5-0).
